Terms of Return
Welcome to Notarify. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide a seamless experience with our notary services. This 'Terms of Return' section outlines our policies regarding cancellations, refunds, and exchanges. By using our services, you agree to abide by these terms.
At Notarify, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel or modify your notary appointment. If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within this timeframe will qualify for a full refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be eligible for a refund due to the nature of our service.
If you have received a notary service but are not satisfied due to a fault on our part, we encourage you to contact us. We take customer feedback seriously and will work with you to address any concerns. Please reach out to us at alerts@notarifyplu.com or call us at +65 6825 1008 within 7 days of the service to initiate a review of your case.
For any service that has been rendered but is deemed to have not met the expected standards, we reserve the right to assess the situation. If the notary service was performed incorrectly or if there were any discrepancies, we will offer a redo of the service free of charge or a partial refund, based on the evaluation.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing and include relevant details, such as the date of service and the reason for the request. This will help us expedite the process and ensure a thorough review. Our team aims to respond to all inquiries within 3 business days.
In the case of digital services, if you have purchased a notary document template or any digital content, please note that these items are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. We recommend reviewing all product descriptions and samples before making your purchase to ensure satisfaction.
Notarify reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
